Joe White

Joseph is a native San Franciscan and steadfast believer in building mental, emotional and spiritual strength through a rigorous and challenging yoga practice, which he describes as “Yoga for the Urban Warrior”. His classes are deeply rooted in uplifting and stimulating music paired with thoughtful sequences featuring slightly longer than normal poses to allow students to “melt” deeper into each asana and find correct alignment without rushing into the next pose.

Joseph began his personal yoga practice in 2015 as a means to rehabilitate from lower back nerve pain, commonly referred to as Sciatica, and through his practice has drastically improved the strength and resilience of his lower back - and as a result, his quality of life. 

Because of his personal success in overcoming lower back pain, Joseph enjoys helping others suffering from similar situations and looks forward to hearing your story and sharing notes!
