This practice offers fewer, more purposeful movements. We fire up our muscles by being intentional with our movements - it's all about quality over quantity in this full body flow. 

Yoga Sculpt combines asana (poses) with strength training in an upbeat setting. Free weights, cardio, and conditioning exercises are woven into a vinyasa-style practice to intensify postures and build lean muscle. Students can expect to build strength and control for asana practice.
