This well rounded flow works the whole body and pays close attention to our hips, glutes, and quads through a variety of squats and balancing shapes.

Yoga Sculpt combines asana (poses) with strength training in an upbeat setting. Free weights, cardio, and conditioning exercises are woven into a vinyasa-style practice to intensify postures and build lean muscle. Students can expect to build strength and control for asana practice.
