Well rounded vinyasa flow with lots of quad/hip flexor, side body opening and upper back/hamstring engagement to peak in Ustrasana (camel pose)

Recommended Props (or substitutions!):
  • 1 shower towel
  • A long scarf, tie, or belt
  • Bolster OR 1 firm pillow (can be the back of a couch pillow; if it’s not firm, grab two)
  • Yoga blocks (alternatives are to have an extra towel folded into a small square, or stacked books)
