Every directionally cue we use in the classrooms, is dependent on where we are. Meaning, if a student is facing the back wall of the studio and the cue is "step your right foot to the back"...does that mean towards the front wall or the back wall? If a student is in handstand and the teacher says "push down into the palms," isn't that actually up?
What we decide is the right way to move, has everything to do with context and where we are. Some days it may look like struggling and sweating everything out onto the mat. Other days it might be 20 minutes of child pose. Just allow a few breaths to remember which way you're going. 

Power Flow is a vigorous, flow-based practice, influenced by the Ashtanga vinyasa style developed by Patthabi Jois. This is a comprehensive fitness experience that includes strength building and deep stretching with an emphasis on a motivational teaching style. It is recommended that you have previous experience in vinyasa-style practice.
