This class is to explore the preparations to do an arm balance called Bhujapidasana ( arm-pressure or shoulder-pressing pose). MORE deep hip flexion, STRONG thigh adduction, spinal extension, etc etc etc. We build up all the pieces of the pose but don't quite do it.
