In this rigarus and well rounded vinyasa class, you will build heat while opening through the side body and hamstrings while stabilizing the core to eventually peak in Visvamitrasana or Visvamitra's Pose. Enjoy indulgent hip openers and a blissful Savasana. Props needed: 2 blocks. If your hamstrings and side body are tight a strap will be super helpful. Enjoy!
