One of my favorite tricks in Yoga, is how focused we can be on nailing a pose. Then, the day we finally get it, we realize it's just the first step to the next advanced modificiation. After feeling so solid and strong, suddenly I'm back at square one, wobbling and injuring myself every other week. What have you been getting comfortable with lately?
