Props: 2 blocks and a wall. This intermediate class focuses on opening the front hips. We even add in the King Arthur series at the wall.
Yoga Flow is based on the fundamentals of vinyasa, a dynamic asana (posture) practice including pranayama (breath regulation), movement, and transitions.
