Welcome to the Stellar Abs Blast yoga class! This class is designed to target and strengthen your core with a fun and challenging fusion flow that incorporates both dolphin and starfish crunches. We will begin with a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready for the work ahead, before diving into the main flow. We will tighten our waistline with starfish crunches and other ab work as a unique and effective exercise that will help you tone and sculpt your abs. We will then flow through a dolphin sequence that challenges your strength and flexibility. 

Throughout the class, you'll be encouraged to focus on your breath and remain present in the moment, as we move through each posture with intention and grace. With a strong emphasis on proper alignment and mindful movement, this class will leave you feeling energized, empowered, and ready to take on whatever challenges come your way. So come as you are, and join us for a stellar workout that will leave your abs feeling out of this world! All levels are welcome.


Power Flow is a vigorous, flow-based practice, influenced by the Ashtanga vinyasa style developed by Patthabi Jois. This is a comprehensive fitness experience that includes strength building and deep stretching with an emphasis on a motivational teaching style. It is recommended that you have previous experience in vinyasa-style practice.
