Props: bolster/pillow and block. When we slow down, we tune into subtle sensations that are rich with information. We may notice more of what's happening in the physical, mental, emotional, and energy state. When we give the body more time in the pose, it naturally works through trapped/stuck energy with its own unwinding process. This class is a full body stretch, bringing in flexibility, strength, and balance.
