Slow down, your breath is your anchor

Props: Blankets, blocks, bolster, eye pillow. We begin in child's pose slowing down the breath and inviting the gaze inward. We find autonomy in each pose observing the body's sensations. We explore lunges, squats & twists while building strength in plank and downward dog. This flow is meant to feel good, while allowing the breath to be the anchor. There are plenty of options for all energy levels. We will end with a heart opener.
