SF Bay Area native, Nicole Kalani Hart studied yoga, mindfulness and meditation at Yoga Garden (now Folk) in Oct. 2019. Upon completing her 200 hr yoga teacher training, Nicole began teaching private and public classes to individuals and families throughout the Bay Area including Sonoma Golf Club and “Goat & Sheep Yoga” at Charlie’s Acres Animal Rescue Farm in Sonoma.
In early 2021, Nicole moved her yoga business to Mexico. After completing her 300 hour yoga teacher training with Swadyaya Yoga School in Chacala, she settled in Puerto Vallarta where she launched her international yoga business as “Yogi Con Amor”.
While in Mexico, Nicole taught in-person and virtual weekly classes both in Spanish and English and public classes at “Yoga Vallarta”.
Nicole moved back to SF in the summer of 2022 and now teaches private classes, workshops and seminars to an international group of students online and in-person.
