Body weight resistance training with minimal equipment focused on building upper body strength (biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders and back). Bilateral (both arms) and unilateral (single arms) exercises focused on pushing and pulling movements to train the entire upper body while engaging the core. We use tempo based exercise variations to increase the difficulty of an exercise by focusing on the eccentric (resisting gravity as the muscle elongates), isometric (static holds) and concentric (pushing into gravity as the muscle contracts) movement
