Ring Yin a New Year
The way you spend the first day of the new year sets the tone for the months and year ahead! Prepare yourself for a year of peace and harmony with this luxurious 2-hour Yin and Restorative Yoga class, as we dive deep into stretching and relaxing the body, and utilize techniques that allow the mind to rest and recharge. Spend New Year's Day connecting to your body and breath with mindful intention and sweet local community. This special holiday class is open to all levels of practitioners, and will include yoga, pranayama, and meditation.
