Strength Training (Glutes, Core and Arms)

Strength  training focused on building glutes, core and upper body strength. We use tempo based exercise variations to increase the difficulty of an exercise by focusing on the eccentric (resisting gravity as the muscle elongates), isometric (static holds) and concentric (pushing into gravity as the muscle contracts) movements.
**** Weights may be incorporated into class depending upon each instructor. For safety purposes, shoes may be required for class. Gym shoes only, no street shoes may be worn in studio room.
