Queer + Trans Yoga is a slow, intentional vinyasa-style class for LGBTQIA+ folks and friends to find respite, realness, and community. Spiritual practices and yoga philosophy are woven throughout the class as an offering to support you as you navigate the world beyond the studio. Your teacher carries a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher Training Certification in addition to their other yoga credentials.
