Yoga 101 with Saeeda Hafiz
Are you new to yoga? Join us for Yoga 101! This special 2-hour class will take you through a fun first-timer yoga practice in which you will learn how to practice the basic poses, discover the magic of yoga props (like blocks and blankets), and create community. Taught by rotating staff at Folk, this class is all you need to get familiar with yoga and the awesome community vibe at our studios. Yoga 101 attendees also get a sweet membership deal!
