Vinyasa in the Park

-

at Golden Gate Park Panhandle (Between Clayton & Ashbury San Francisco, California )

Vinyasa is a dynamic system of practicing asana by linking breath to continuous movement in sequence. This style of yoga builds heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength through focused concentration. An attentive ear and some knowledge of basic yoga postures is recommended to keep pace with the flow. Sequencing is often built around sun salutations, and may vary with teacher. Students are encouraged to modify and take variations if needed.

These outdoor classes will take place in various locations in and around the Panhandle in San Francisco. Only students 18 and above can take class. All students must wear their own masks and bring their own props. Six foot distance must be kept between all students and the instructor. Classes will be limited to 24 students. Please note that given the limited capacity of these classes, you can only cancel up to 24 hours in advance, or you risk forfeiting your pass. Once you've reserved the class, please read the additional text.
