Designed for the early birds, this morning vinyasa lets the body wake up substantially to allow for deeper poses such as Sugarcane and Wheel, which could come surprisingly unnatural at this time of day.  

Power Flow is a vigorous, flow-based practice, influenced by the Ashtanga vinyasa style developed by Patthabi Jois. This is a comprehensive fitness experience that includes strength building and deep stretching with an emphasis on a motivational teaching style. It is recommended that you have previous experience in vinyasa-style practice.
