Gentle Stretch + Sound Bath begins with a few gentle stretches and breathwork before finding stillness and dropping into a deep meditative sound healing experience. Once you are settled, the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound healing tools are employed to help reduce stress and promote deeper sleep. Feel free to get cozy – blankets, pillows, and eye masks are welcome.
