Join us for a dynamic and vigorous vinyasa-based practice. Ashtanga is a set sequence of poses designed to progressively challenge your flexibility, strength, and stamina. Our abridged version of the traditional Primary Series includes backbends, inversions, mantras, and pranayama (breathwork). Familiarity with intermediate yoga asanas is recommended, but explanations & variations will always be provided.
