Strength Training (Lower body)

Body weight resistance training with minimal equipment focused on building lower body strength (quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves). This class balances out well with the Calisthenics classes which while full body, lean more heavily towards upper body and core strength. We will develop strength using compound exercises with longer work and rest periods. Each exercise set you will perform you will try to push yourself to near failure in order to trigger muscle growth. Low impact and accessible to all levels.
**** Weights may be incorporated into class depending upon each instructor. For safety purposes, shoes may be required for class. Gym shoes only, no street shoes may be worn in studio room.
