MIIT - Moderate intensity interval training

Moderate intensity interval training (MIIT) class is a metabolic conditioning class designed to increase the efficiency of the body’s energy systems. The class is less intense than HIIT with slightly longer work (40-120 seconds) and rest (20-60 seconds).
**** Weights may be incorporated into class depending upon each instructor. For safety purpose, shoes may be required for class. Gym shoes only, no street shoes may be worn in studio room.
